Gene began his career in facilities maintenance in 1981 as a
maintenance technician for a local Board of Education
maintaining a 14 facility school campus. In 1987, he had the
opportunity to begin a career with Delta Air Lines' headquarters in
Atlanta, GA. He started as a mechanic's helper in the building
maintenance department. At the end of his 15 year career
Gene had become the Sr. Project Manager for the 2.1 million sq. ft.
airline complex consisting of an 800,000 sq. ft. technical
operations center, a 650,000. sq ft. corporate office, a
300,000 sq. ft. data center where Gene personally managed
the day to day critical operations, including a 1.5 mega/watt
generator plant and UPS
system.
After leaving Delta
Gene joined a small local engineering firm where he was the Director
of Operations for a portfolio of six non-profit
organizations. In 2004 Gene had the opportunity to start
up the Technical Trade Group specializing in : facilities
management, facilities evaluations, project management, security,
concierge services, event management, janitorial and inventory
management services.
Presently, the Technical Trade Group is managing a portfolio of
approximately 350,000 sq. ft., with facilities
ranging from non-profit organizations to
critical surgery centers in the Atlanta area.

Josh began his career in
facilities maintenance in 1999 with a national printing company in
Atlanta, GA. He specialized in repair and maintenance
of production equipment ranging from high-speed press and
bindery machinery, to plant operations including HVAC,
plumbing, electrical, compressed air and vacuum systems.
In 2002, Josh was offered a position with a local facilities
management firm based in Atlanta. There he excelled in
facilities management and received excellence and
recognition awards in 2003, and again in 2004 for his hard
work, dedication, and outstanding results. In 2003, he worked
as part of a facilities operation team that received a perfect score
from DHR for the fire/ life/ safety program
they implemented for a local health care provider.
Josh was then promoted to Chief Engineer of a 200,000 sq. ft.
surgery center in Atlanta managing all critical operations for
the facility.
In 2004 Josh was recognized for
his abilities and offered a position with Technical Management
Services. He became Operations Manager with a staff of more
than 10 engineers, technicians, and security personnel. His
management of the day to day operations of a portfolio of more than
300,000 sq. ft. has been a continued step in his career within
the facilities management arena.
