          A.  How much time do you spend managing maintenance and janitorial employees?  How much time do you spend hiring, firing, or doing payroll.  How much time do you spend ordering supplies, or flipping through the phone book looking for someone who can work on a hot water heater, or ice machine? 

                   No more.  At the Technical Trade Group, the maintenance /janitorial/ security personnel are our employees, which means we handle all the payroll, human resources, and quality control.  You'll have one place to go for all you're building related needs.

              A.   We get better pricing because we deal with more square footage.  We pay less for everything from toilet paper, to air filters.  We've built solid relationships with our vendors to supply goods and services to all of our customers at reduced pricing.  This allows you to buy like a big building, even if your not.  

Q.  How can you make my job easier? 

                  A.  There is a reason you got into the business you're in.  Maybe it's what you love to do?  Maybe you're just good at it.  Either way, it probably didn't take you long to figure out that there is a lot of things that go along with running a building that have nothing to do with your core business.  Lights burn out, air conditioning systems go on the fritz, landscaping needs to be done, and at the end of the day someone has to come in and clean it all up.  Don't you already have enough to do?  That's where we come in.  That's what we do best.  Give us the dirty work and forget about it.
